LTTA Partners Meeting: Collaboration, Innovation and Development of Educational Tools

On 21–22 May 2026, the LTTA partners’ meeting of the STEAMpreneurs project took place, bringing together all project partners for two days of intensive collaboration, exchange of ideas, and strategic planning for the next stages of implementation.

The meeting commenced with an interactive ice-breaking and creative storytelling activity, setting the tone for productive cooperation throughout the event. This was followed by the presentation and in-depth discussion of the educational webinars designed for teachers and parents.

Partners exchanged feedback and recommendations for enhancing the webinar content, placing particular emphasis on strengthening the gender-responsive pedagogical approach. The aim was to promote equality, inclusion, and the equitable participation of all students in the learning process.

At the same time, discussions focused on the further development of the Artificial Intelligence component within education, highlighting the importance of its conscious and responsible use, as well as the cultivation of digital skills that foster critical thinking and the safe integration of AI into educational practice. Particular attention was also given to ensuring coherence and pedagogical consistency across all learning modules.

In parallel, partners developed a detailed plan for the national and international webinars, including the allocation of responsibilities, thematic areas, participation targets, and procedures for organisation, dissemination, and evaluation. Special emphasis was placed on ensuring strong engagement from teachers and parents, as well as on the need for coordinated communication and promotion efforts among all partners.

Significant attention was also devoted to the exchange of good practices related to gender-responsive pedagogy in preparation for the upcoming student workshops, further supporting inclusion and equal participation for all learners.

The first day concluded with a dynamic group activity based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), during which partners explored ways of integrating these goals into educational activities. In addition, progress on the project’s podcast series was presented, and partners shared relevant experiences and good practices.

The second day focused on the practical application of the project’s tools. Partners participated in the testing of an educational game, evaluating its design, functionality, and educational value. This was followed by collaborative work on the development of a new game inspired by real-life stories and project podcasts, aiming to enhance interactive learning and strengthen connections with authentic examples and experiences.

The meeting concluded with a review of the work accomplished, a discussion of the next steps, the completion of evaluation activities, and the awarding of participation certificates to all partners.

Overall, the event proved to be a highly productive and inspiring two-day meeting that strengthened collaboration among partners and established a solid foundation for the next phase of the project’s implementation.

We look forward to the next phase of the project!
